The Science and Superpowers of Seaweed A Guide for Kids

This was my second time designing an Amanda Swinimer book, and this was an even bigger challenge than the last! With sections of extended prose, short phyco-facts, seaweed profiles, recipes and activities for kids and multiple types of sidebar, plus photographs, illustrations and icons, it was a lot to balance!

I commissioned my friend Mitja Kurbos to design several icons, including the mermaid used on the cover.
